Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer enquiries professionally via phone, email and/or face to face
  • Respond to comments/queries on social media accounts escalated by marketing team
  • Preparation of weekly customer service reports
  • Carry out ad hoc administrative duties for e-commerce business as assigned by manager


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in front-desk customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Singaporeans only
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Independent and self-motivated
  • Meticulous with an eye for details
  • Self Driven
  • Pleasant and positive mindset
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Possess friendly, pleasant disposition with good telephone etiquette
  • Good organizational and time management skills
